Returns & Exchanges Policy
Change of Mind
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or refund, subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be attached.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Unfortunately for hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service when returning items.
Before sending any items back, please email [email protected] to obtain a Return Authorisation Number.
Faulty Goods Policy
- Mitch Dowd offers a replacement of Underwear, Sleepwear & Socks against faults in seams, stitching, workmanship, fabric and elastic.
- Please note some garments may fade with repeat washing.
- Items damaged due to fair wear and tear are not considered faulty.
- Before returning, all Faulty Goods details must be emailed to [email protected] to organise an exchange.
- Mitch Dowd will cover all return shipping costs for faulty goods.

Cancellations
All order cancellations must be emailed to us. Your order is considered current unless cancelled in writing via email.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. Mitch Dowd reserves the right to change prices without notice. Orders shipped outside Australia are GST exempt.
